Yes. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once dispatched.

Are all products authentic?

Yes, without exception. Every piece at NAY is 100% authentic and sourced directly. We do not carry replicas or pre-owned items.

Do products come with original packaging?

Most items include their original dust bags and boxes where available. Details are specified on each product page.

How do I care for my bag?

Each designer has specific care recommendations. We are happy to provide guidance - simply contact our team with your product details.

Shipping and Returns

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days. Express next-day delivery is available in Cairo and Alexandria.

Can I return my order?

Yes. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
